What you're buying
You're buying the website we built and showed you in your preview, set up on a domain you own, plus a monthly plan for hosting and care. Your preview page shows your exact price before you order.
Setup fee
Your price depends on the size of your business. If you built your preview on our site, it's based on the team size you told us; if that turns out to be well off, we'll tell you before we start, and you can have a full refund. The one-time setup fee covers the design, the build, carrying over the pages of your old site, the changes you ask for on the order form, and moving the site onto your domain. If we can't get the site live on your domain, we refund the setup fee in full.
Monthly plan
The monthly fee covers hosting, the security certificate, backups, uptime checks, and small edits you ask for by email, which we do within two business days. Bigger projects, like new sections, new pages or online shops, are quoted separately before any work starts. It renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing us; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and we send you the site's files.
Who owns what
Once the setup fee is paid, the design and the content we made for your site are yours. Your business name, logo, photos and other material you already had stay yours, and you give us permission to use them on your site. Fonts, icons and free-license photos stay under their own licenses, which allow this use.
Your domain and email
Your domain stays registered to you. We only ask you to change the settings that point it at the website. We never change your email settings.
Your content
Please tell us if anything on your site is wrong, out of date, or something you don't have the right to use, and we'll fix it. You're responsible for the claims your business makes on its site, like prices, licenses and guarantees.
Uptime and limits
We host on a reliable global network and watch it, but no host can promise a website is never down. If something goes wrong, we fix it as fast as we can. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the last twelve months.
Previews
Previews are made without being asked, are not search-indexed, and come down after 30 days if not claimed. If you'd like yours removed sooner, reply to our email or write to hello@siteunwrap.com and we'll take it down the same day.
